There's nothing wrong with that. But over time, we realized that roles are only vehicles. They were never meant to be the destination.
The destination is the life you're trying to build.

We realized that every role comes with expectations, but not every expectation leads to the life you want.

The question stopped being, "Who should do this?" and became, "What moves us forward?"

The role can change. The goal stays the same.
